🏟️ How to Use the Stadium Builder in eino
Model bowl sections, tiered seating, tunnels, and concourses for stadium and arena RF coverage projects.
1. Open the Stadium Builder
- Press B on your keyboard, or find Stadium Builder in the tools menu
- Specialized venue tools appear: Bowl, Seating, Polygon
- These tools are designed specifically for complex venue geometry
2. Draw a Bowl Section
- Select the Bowl tool
- Click around the outer boundary of your bowl (6-8 points)
- Click your starting point to close the shape
- Click around the inner boundary (the field/court area)
- Close the inner shape
- Set elevation parameters:
- Z0: Base level
- Z1: Where seating starts
- Z3: Top of the bowl
- Step Height: Height of each row
- Watch the 3D preview update as you adjust values
- Click Confirm
3. Add Seating Sections
- Select the Seating tool
- Draw a trapezoid shape (4 points)
- Red edge = top of slope, Blue edge = bottom of slope
- Adjust elevation and step height for this section
- Click Confirm
- Repeat for additional seating sections
4. Cut Out Tunnels and Concourses
- Select the Polygon tool
- Enable Subtractive mode
- Draw the shape where you want the cutout
- Set Z range (bottom and top of opening)
- Click Confirm
- The geometry subtracts from your bowl
5. View in 3D
- Press C to toggle between 2D and 3D view
- Rotate the 3D view to validate your design
- Check elevations, sight lines, and tunnel openings
- Make adjustments as needed before placing APs
