📤 How to Share Projects and Folders

Learn how to share individual projects or entire folders with your team or external partners.

🖱️ Step 1: Share a Project

  1. Hover over the project card.

  2. Open the three-dot menu → click Share.

  3. A list of your team members will appear.

  4. Select members to share with.

📧 Step 2: Share with a Partner via Email

  • Enter a partner’s email address.

  • If they have an Eino account, it will be detected automatically.

  • If not, the invite will still be sent, but the access will be View-only.

📂 Step 3: Share an Entire Folder

  1. Create a new folder (subfolders are also supported).

  2. Open the three-dot menu on the folder.

  3. Click Share and invite members — same workflow as projects.

🔄 Step 4: Automatic Sharing of Folder Contents

  • Any project you move into a shared folder is automatically shared with the same users.

  • Example:

    • Move a project from Room → Test folder.

    • The project inherits the sharing permissions of the folder.

✅ Use project sharing for one-off collaboration, or folder sharing for ongoing teamwork where all future projects inside the folder are automatically visible to collaborators.
