📋 How to Use the Kanban Board in eino

1. Switch to Kanban View

- From your dashboard or project list, find the view toggle
- Click the Kanban icon to switch from list view to board view
- Your projects appear organized into columns by status

2. Understand the Columns

The default columns represent project stages:

- Pre-Sales: Initial conversations and scoping
- Engineering: Active design work
- Deployment: Installation phase
- Validation: Testing and verification
- Delivered: Completed projects

3. Move Projects Between Stages

- Click and hold any project card
- Drag it to a new column
- Release to drop it in place
- The change saves automatically
- Your entire team sees the update in real time
