# 📋 How to Use the Kanban Board in eino

## Visualize your project pipeline with a drag-and-drop Kanban board that updates in real time for your team.

1\. Switch to Kanban View

\- From your dashboard or project list, find the view toggle  
\- Click the Kanban icon to switch from list view to board view  
\- Your projects appear organized into columns by status

2\. Understand the Columns

The default columns represent project stages:

\- Pre-Sales: Initial conversations and scoping  
\- Engineering: Active design work  
\- Deployment: Installation phase  
\- Validation: Testing and verification  
\- Delivered: Completed projects

3\. Move Projects Between Stages

\- Click and hold any project card  
\- Drag it to a new column  
\- Release to drop it in place  
\- The change saves automatically  
\- Your entire team sees the update in real time

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I customize the column names?  
Column customization is coming soon. Currently the default stages are fixed.

Can I filter the Kanban board?  
Yes, use filters to show projects by owner, due date, or other criteria.

Does dragging a card notify anyone?  
Status changes are visible to your team in real time but don't trigger email notifications.

Can I see who moved a card?  
Activity history shows who made changes and when.
