🎥 How to Record and Share a Video

🎬 Step 1: Start Recording

1. Click Record Video.
2. Allow access when prompted.
3. Recording will begin.

🧭 Step 2: Navigate Through the Project

• While recording, you can:
  • Switch to 3D View
  • Move around the project
  • Show different stats and KPIs
  • Highlight a single AP or other design elements

⏹️ Step 3: Stop the Recording

• When you finish your walkthrough, click Stop.

📧 Step 4: Send the Video

1. Enter the recipient’s email address.
2. Add an optional note.
3. Click Send.

✅ Step 5: Share with Anyone

• The recipient will receive the video by email.
• They do not need access to the platform to view it.

📂 Step 6: Manage Your Videos

1. Go to Collaborate → Videos.
2. From there, you can:
   • View your saved videos
   • Open Share
   • Revoke access
   • Create a shareable link
   • Send the link to others

💡 Tip: Use video sharing for quick design reviews, customer updates, or explaining specific coverage and KPI results without requiring platform access.
