👤 How to Analyze Client Performance

Use SignalProbe or custom antenna settings to simulate performance at specific client locations and view real-time metrics like RSRP, azimuth, and elevation.

👤 Step 1: Open the Client Analysis Tool

  • Click on the menu icon

  • Choose the type of client device to simulate:

    • Use SignalProbe to evaluate raw signal performance (0 dBi gain, no antenna effects)

    • Use Generic to simulate directional antennas (e.g., 0 dBi, custom gains)

📶 Step 2: Set Parameters and Apply

  • Set the antenna gain (e.g., 0 dBi for basic probing)

  • Adjust parameters such as:

    • Beam width

    • Antenna direction (azimuth/elevation)

  • Click Apply

📍 Step 3: Place and Analyze

  • Click on any point on the map to simulate the client

  • For each location, eino.ai will show:

    • Distance to APs

    • Azimuth and Elevation

    • RSRP from each sector

The client height defaults to the height used in your heatmap settings.

🔄 Step 4: Move and Recalculate

  • Move the client probe to any new location

  • The performance metrics update automatically

  • You can repeat the process with different antenna configurations for deeper analysis
