🌐 How to Design a Fixed Wireless Network

🛠️ Step 1: Add a Fixed Wireless Transmitter

• Go to the Hardware panel

• Click Add AP

• Select Fixed Wireless as the type

• Choose your desired vendor and model

• Configure:

  • Power

  • Height

  • Antenna gain/type

• Place the transmitter on the map

📶 Step 2: Connect to a Receiver (Point-to-Point)

• Switch to the Fixed Wireless tab

• Select the transmitter

• Choose the receiver location

• Set the receiver height, then click Apply

• Place the receiver on the map

• You can download Fresnel zone analysis

• The heatmap updates automatically based on the antenna gain and height

🛰️ Step 3: Add Point-to-Multipoint Links

• Repeat the process to:

  • Select the transmitter

  • Add one or more receivers

  • Name and save each receiver

  • Move and reposition as needed

• The platform calculates and displays updated heatmaps in real time based on the current configuration
