💬 How to Add Annotations and Team Comments

📝 Step 1: Open the Annotation Tool

• Go to the Annotations tab

• Click “Annotate” to enter comment mode

📍 Step 2: Leave a Note or Attach Media

• Click anywhere on the map to drop a note

• Enter text comments and optionally:

  • Upload images (e.g., site survey photos)

👥 Step 3: Collaborate in Threads

• Team members can click annotations to:

  • View the note

  • Add threaded replies

• Useful for design reviews, field updates, or install notes

👁️ Step 4: Manage Visibility and Cleanup

• Toggle annotation visibility from the toolbar

• Click on an annotation to:

  • Delete or edit it

  • Enable/disable visibility for cleaner views
