# 💬 How to Add Annotations and Team Comments

## Leave notes, upload images, and collaborate with teammates directly inside your design projects using the annotation tool.

### 📝 Step 1: Open the Annotation Tool

- Go to the **Annotations** tab
- Click **“Annotate”** to enter comment mode

### 📍 Step 2: Leave a Note or Attach Media

- Click anywhere on the map to drop a note
- Enter text comments and optionally:
  
    - **Upload images** (e.g., site survey photos)

### 👥 Step 3: Collaborate in Threads

- Team members can click annotations to:
  
    - View the note
    - Add threaded replies
- Useful for **design reviews**, **field updates**, or **install notes**

### 👁️ Step 4: Manage Visibility and Cleanup

- Toggle annotation visibility from the toolbar
- Click on an annotation to:
  
    - **Delete** or **edit** it
    - **Enable/disable** visibility for cleaner views
