# 📋 How to View/Edit the Bill of Material

## Customize your BOM by modifying hardware costs, adding items, and tracking quantities across your project.

### 🧾 Step 1: Open the BOM Panel

- Go to **Project Summary \> Bill of Material**

### ✏️ Step 2: Edit Item Details

- Click any item to:
  
    - **Change unit cost**
    - **Update quantities**
    - **Edit hardware model names** (if applicable)

### ➕ Step 3: Add New Items

- Add custom entries for things like:
  
    - **Cables**
    - **Mounting equipment**
    - **Professional services**

---

### 💾 Step 4: Save the BOM

- Click **Save** to apply all updates
- The BOM reflects your pricing model for export or reporting
