🤖 How to Place APs Using AI

✨ Step 1: Open the AI Placement Tool

• Click on the AI icon in the top toolbar

• Select “Place APs”

• Remove previous APs if needed using “Delete & Replace”

📶 Step 2: Choose Technology and Hardware

• Select the technology (e.g., CBRS, Wi-Fi, LTE, 5G)

• Pick the hardware model (from your defined inventory)

⚙️ Step 3: Define AI Design Criteria

Set your planning rules:

• Minimum RSRP or RSSI threshold (e.g., -101 dBm)

• Coverage target (e.g., 95% of area)

• Max number of APs (optional)

• Height, Channel, Bandwidth, and Max EIRP

▶️ Step 4: Run AI Planning

• Click Next

• If capacity hasn’t been defined, it will default to coverage-only mode

• The platform automatically generates a network plan

🧭 Step 5: Review and Adjust Placement

• Once APs are placed:

  • Select and manually move them if needed

  • Or enable/disable APs individually to test variations
