📊 How to Assign Demand Profiles

Apply predefined or custom demand models (like “Home User”) to network areas to simulate realistic usage and traffic loads.

🗺️ Step 1: Select the Area

  • Click on a zone in your project, or press D

  • Use the 3-dot menu and choose Edit Config

⚙️ Step 2: Open Demand Configuration

  • In the configuration panel:

    • Go to Demand

    • You'll see available demand profiles (e.g., Home User)

🧩 Step 3: Choose or Modify a Demand Profile

  • Use an existing profile as-is, or:

    • Click to edit parameters (e.g., throughput, latency, devices per user)

    • Save your changes as a new or updated profile

🗃️ Step 4: Manage Multiple Profiles

  • You can create and store multiple demand profiles

  • Select the appropriate one for each area depending on usage patterns
